I mean look at that antique Victorian sofa! Isn’t she a beaut?
Finding it for $50 on Craigslist and giving it a makeover with Annie Sloan paint was a huge DIY that I love to show off!
Not to mention it is still #1 on my YouTube channel. This DIY has been viewed over 9,800 times and that is a big deal for being a new content creator. But best of all it is a beautiful piece we love to enjoy in our home.

The moment I posted this on Hometalk, the interest exploded.
Hometalk is an online DIY hub where bloggers share their newest DIYs.
This wasn’t even the main blog post but a link that I shared to this blog post.
Not only is this the safest moisturizer with wholesome ingredients but the most effective to help with wrinkles, dryness and troubled spots on the skin.
It is so ridiculously easy to make and I love using it every day. And I love sharing this little DIY with you.

Taking this wingback chair and giving it an extreme makeover with chalk paint was incredible. Link to tutorial.
But then I turned it into an office chair by adding casters to the legs.
It was so much easier than I thought it would be!
Now, sitting in this chair every week while paying bills or writing blog posts has been the best! It’s so comfortable!
My husband loves it, too.

Finding these candelabras at Goodwill (here’s the story) was incredible!
