Extremely Soothing Goat Milk Moisturizer to Heal Your Skin
Today, I’m sharing an extremely soothing goat milk moisturizer recipe for healing your skin.
It’s a 3 ingredient recipe that is so simple to make you will be amazed.
Out of desperation, I went on a search to find a remedy to heal my skin.
I tried lotions that promised me the moon.
After weeks of giving them a try, I didn’t see any change in my skin.
I had heard about goat milk.
After some research, I learned it has healing properties to heal psoriasis, eczema, and acne.
Plus, it hydrates dry skin and reduces irritation.
EVOO – Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
I discovered that extra virgin olive oil tightens skin.
And it reduces aging skin and wrinkles.
Bergamot essential oil.
Bergamot essential oil on its own is a wonder for clearing acne.
I’ve used this for years by adding a drop to my face lotion when applying it before putting on makeup.
So, this seemed like a perfect addition to this recipe.
What happened next was not expected.
I gave it a week and faithfully applied this to my skin.
Including my face. Down to my toes.
To my amazement, my dry flakey skin disappeared.
My skin has a healthy glow.
It has been a wonderful transformation that I had to share this recipe with you.
The best part is it’s so pure.
No harsh chemicals or mysterious ingredients.
Did I mention it’s cheap?
It costs $21.00 (as of March 2022).
That’s for a quart of goat milk, one bottle (16.9 oz.) of EVOO, and one bottle of Bergamot oil.
Here is how to make it.
What you will need:
- 1/2 cup goats milk
- 8 oz. jar or mason jar with lid
Directions on how to make it:
- Step 1: Pour the 1/2 cup goat’s milk and 1/4 cup EVOO into an 8 oz. jar.
- Step 2: Put 5 drops of Bergamot essential oil into a jar.
- Step 3: Close the lid and shake it to combine.
How to apply it to your skin:
After taking a shower and drying off, you will apply this to your skin.
First, put a quarter-size amount into the palm of your hand.
Then, lightly rub your hands together.
Apply to your face, arms, chest, stomach, legs, buttocks, and feet.
Shake the bottle in between as you go.
You want to message the quarter-size amount of EVOO and goat milk moisturizer into the skin.
Safe to use on sensitive areas, too.
Give it 5 minutes to dry after applying.
Tips on how to keep your EVOO and goat milk fresh.
- Tip #1: Keep it refrigerated.
- Tip #2: The EVOO will get hard being in the fridge. Simply place the bottle or jar inside warm water for a few minutes before applying.

Hi, I have a large bag of powdered goat milk. Can I use that with the olive oil? Maybe I can add pure aloe vera juice to create the right texture?
Thanks,

Hi Kim,
I did try using powdered goat milk. But it was gritty and didn’t mix well. Definitely try the aloe vera juice. That does sound nice. Let me know if you try this and how it feels. I turn to it over again. It’s so moisturizing.
